Learn to listen
I would like to share one story “When I first started my office at 2007, I was excited to decorate my office. So I made so many table, one of my staff was telling me not to do that but I did. And the end I did not have enough places to set those tables. So it was bad investment. End of the day I realized that I should listen to my staff because he had the better idea than me to decorate my office.
So I learn that I should listen to others and also realize that I listen to learn something new. Everyone has their own point of view, realization, experience etc. And all are the different from each other. So we as a human being can’t stop learning until death. There is always something to listen and something to learn.
